Health and Nutritional Benefit of Strawberry, Blueberry and Redcurrant Smoothie.
1. Helps Reduces Wrinkles
Wrinkles are one of the early signs of old age often seen in this modern world. One of the causes or reasons is free radicals present in the body. You can tackle it with red currant, strawberry, and blueberry smoothies. Red currant and strawberry are one of the fruits that are rich in vitamins, one of them is vitamin C, and Vitamin C helps fight free radicals which are present in the body.
2. Helps brightens skin
Many things can cause pale skin. One is the insufficient intake of antioxidants and skin vitamins in the body. Consuming red currant and strawberries can help skin look more radiant. Red currant and strawberry contain many vitamins, one of which is vitamin C, a source of antioxidants.
3. It helps you look younger.
We get exposed to free radicals daily, which tells us of premature aging. Red currant, strawberry, and other fruits with lots of vitamins that are good for the body and skin can help you look younger by eradicating free radicals found in the body. The essential vitamin here is vitamin b6 that is useful for cell regeneration and protects the skin from the effects of free radicals.
4. Source of Iron
Iron is a substance that is important in boosting red blood cell production in the body. The red blood cells carries oxygen and other essential nutrients to all body parts. The blood in the body is 45% red blood cells. The brain, lungs, and heart cannot get oxygenated blood without enough iron.
Iron deficiency also results in anemia, chronic fatigue, and sluggishness. Consuming smoothies made from red currants, strawberry, and blueberry helps boost the formation and production of red blood cells. Because iron in red currants is about 1mg in every 100 grams of red currant, it can fulfill your daily intake. Think of any drink containing red currants as little bursts of energy you can eat to get iron into your body.
5. Prevent Asthma
Asthma is usually characterized by difficulty breathing because the airway has swelled. Swollen airways restrict airflow, causing breathing difficulties. Some fruits containing Magnesium are blueberry, strawberry, and red currant. With a content of 13mg for every 100 grams of red currant, this fruit can meet the needs of the body magnesium. To prevent the occurrence of asthma. Because Magnesium is beneficial to avoiding asthma, even people who have been suffering from severe asthma can normalize breathing again with the help of food substances/supplements that contain Magnesium.
